Is it Beyond Your Belief?

I have been on a steep learning curve over the past decade.  Learning about the power of belief.  At this point in my life I am amazed at the extent to which it is our beliefs that dictate life. Beliefs we hold on so many levels.  The idea, that beliefs truly do dictate life has significant implications for everyone, but especially when you are up against a serious life issue.  I invite you to take a trip with me through a series of videos that may challenge your current ideas, explode possibilities for your healing and free you up to start feeling hopeful that your situation can turn around! I am hoping these movies are enough to move you from liking the idea to embracing your own ability to change your mind. Use your discernment and listen only for that which empowers you and let anything else go. 

Through the marvelous presentations of scientists who are thinking outside of the box, the science behind the power of belief is explored. My hope is that this will encourage you to become curious about your own limiting beliefs and start to be more intentional about learning to focus on more empowering beliefs.  After all if a belief is just a thought I keep thinking, then change is just a thought away....

Our first stop is with  Dr. Joe Dispenza.  Dr Joe is a fabulous reference for concrete science and tools to change our brains and retrain ourselves to a more satisfying way of being in the world.

Next is a really wonderful lecture by:Dr. Bruce Lipton. This lecture takes focus.  It took me about three times to make it through to the end.  But it is very much worth it!

Following is another stunning one....just in case there is still some doubt.  Tom Campbell, NASA Physicist and Bruce Lipton explore the unfolding of life from the micro to the macro.  I invite you to watch with an open mind.  Part Two I found much easy to follow, but it is worth listening to Part One first.

After watching these scientists explore their ideas....the only question is" Is it beyond your belief?"

Anxiety? Always feeling stressed and worried about something...
Depression? Not sure what the point is and have no motivation...
Beating yourself up inside? A non-stop negative conversation going on inside...
Angry a lot? Yelling at your loved ones, or people at work more than ever, then feeling so so guilty
Last priority? and get little or nothing in return?
