"The fear of death follows from the fear of life. A man who lives fully is prepared to die at any time." Mark Twain
The fear of death is the fear of life. When we are afraid to live large and bold and bright it is because we are afraid. Afraid of what? Afraid that we might grow to deeply love our life and the people closest to us. If we loved life like that it would be a far greater loss! If we live small, contained lives behind false appearances then we don't have to worry so much about the sorrow of losing our deep connections to life because we kept it all at a distance. So our fear to live bold is because we are afraid that we may come to love our life and then lose it all. So because we are afraid to die, we do not live at all! So embrace your death. It is what makes life shine!
